I would like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of our golf committee for your support and cooperation in making our outing as perfect as it can be.

It is only possible only because of your experience and support in handling such large crowd.

More importantly, 1 P.M. tee off was so perfectly timed that you have made our organization proud.

Needless to say that catering manager in hand and her preparation and last minute suggestion has saved a lot of hassle when additional attendance was hard to predict.   But due to her experience and recommendation, we were able to accommodate all golfers afterwards.

All golfers from 4 high schools not only have praised for the organizers but also the support and preparation shown from golf course as well.

Please forward this email to General Manager for all staff’s hard work for successful outing to be recognized.
